You can do it  online, or call us directly at  (305)-456-0505  Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, when placing an order by phone please have ready the following information:
VIN, transmission, wheel drive, and part number.

Once you place your order and we received clear payment, we will start processing your order. We usually ship within 2-3 business days, from Monday- Friday, orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern Time will usually ship next day.

If you don’t need the computer anymore and you want to return it,
you have 30 days to do so, counting from the time that you receive it 
NOT CHARGES APPLY.

The core exchange is necessary, if core is not return  you won’t get a refund that we offer for it. If you have a specific situation with your core, please contact us before you place your order.
