Return

If you experience any problem with your computer, you can return it within 30 days after you receive it.
The computer has to be in the original condition. we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. This will usually takes 3-4 business days. Shipping and programming charges not apply. Also if you don’t need the computer anymore and you want to return it, you will also have 30 days to do so, counting from the time that you receive it. Computers are not refundable after 30 days. If you would like to return the computer please emails us with your invoice number.

Warranty

All computers have LIFETIME WARRANTY  You most return the damaged core.  If you have a specific situation with your core, please contact us.  Warranty is non transferable, meaning that if your vehicle is sold we will not transfer that warranty to the new one owner.
