Please read these Terms of Service completely. This Agreement documents legally binding
Terms and Conditions attached to the use of the site  acsdiesel.com 
By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Payments:

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment is declined,
no items will be programmed or shipped.

Shipping:

We agree to pay for shipping and provide the costumer a prepaid shipping label to return old computer.

For International costumer we paid for shipping, but we do not provide a prepaid return label,
buyer is responsible for the return of the old computer.

Refund / Return:

All orders can be returned within 30 days after receiving your item, once we received it, we agree to process refund to your original payment method. This process will usually take 3-4 business days.
Shipping and programming fees not apply. If costumer doesn’t want the computer anymore and wants to return it, they also have 30 days to do so, counting from the time receives it.
Computers will not be refundable after 30 days.

Warranty:

We agree to provide a  LIFETIME WARRANTY  to all costumers.

Cancelations:

An item may be cancelled until payment has been processed.
